Booking Information

Coronavirus Procedure - PLEASE READ !!!

a. The participant must not book and must not attend a S&R event if:

  • they have reason to believe they might be at risk of contracting the coronavirus;

  • they are unwell;

  • they have travelled overseas within 2 weeks prior to the event; or

  • they have been in close contact with someone who has traveled overseas within 2 weeks prior to the event.

b. If you become aware or have reason to believe that you may have coronavirus then do not attend the event and contact us as soon as practicable.

Bike & Gear Requirements
What to bring:

  • Bike

  • helmet

  • enclosed shoes

  • comfortable sports attire, weather proof clothing (check conditions for the day!) (Knee pads and gloves highly recommended!). 

  • water bottle or hydration pack if no drink bottle cage on bike

  • medications (i.e. inhaler, epi-pen etc)

All mountain bikes must meet the following requirements (unless balance bike etc)

  • working brakes

  • working gears

  • no protruding items, stunt pegs or kick stands

  • bar ends in tact

 

Skill, Age & Fitness
Skill: We cater for all abilities whether you are brand new or have been riding for a while (beginner to advanced). It helps if the group is of similar skill but not essential; we have lots of tricks up our sleeve to cater for several abilities in the one session, making sure everyones confidence is being boosted all at once.

Age: Any age, no limits! However try keep groups to similar age where possible for better learning practices.

Fitness: All fitness levels welcome; this session is about you and we cater your level. Skills coaching isn’t about fitness its about learning skills to be a better rider so we stop and discuss a lot and session areas; we are here to learn skills, not smash it up the hills; you can do that later!
